Service Description

Sessions are held via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp, whichever is most convenient to you. Sessions run for roughly 60 minutes. During the session, we work together to create an action plan that suits you and works in with your busy schedule. If you choose to go ahead with ongoing monthy coaching then you will receive a FREE 1 Hour Session
